Fika in English means “a coffee break” and it’s our inspiration for our clients!

This is where the fun really begins! With a home base in Orlando and a portfolio around the state of Florida, Fika produces all types of events from private affairs, to large scale social gatherings such as corporate events and weddings. No matter the event, with us you enjoy a coffee break during planning and live it up during the celebration.  

Our founder and team leader Samantha Rubianes is the creative mind behind the stories, emotions and unforgettable memories that her events create and evoke for her clients and their guests. Graduating in the heart of the city, at the University of Central Florida - Rosen College of Hospitality Management with a Degree in Event Management has helped her gain an abundance of knowledge that has gave her the opportunity and honor to work with some of the world’s most notable clients, including Hilton Grand Vacations, Four Seasons and many more. Sam believes in the power of storytelling and detail, priding herself on her dedication to create her client’s vision and dream into a unique  and magical reality.
